Join us and be part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to engineers and other professionals in the field; monitor execution of repairs and/or renovations through photographic records and reports. * Monitor organization and cleanliness of warehouses and tools; track delivery of materials and equipment, verifying their compliance with requirements. * Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance for company-owned and owner-owned furniture and properties. * Assist in managing the Technical Assistance warehouse. * Assist with maintenance of offices and apartments available for sale. * Assist in preventive maintenance of offices and apartments. * Assist in executing renovations carried out under service requests. * Assist in finalizing apartments for commercialization. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical Program in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree. * Experience in Technical Assistance (Post-construction). * Knowledge of construction materials.
