Machine Operator (Vila Itoupava)

Description

Job Summary: Operates machines, performs loading and unloading, adjusts equipment, executes manufacturing processes, and contributes to continuous improvement and workplace environmental preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Operating and adjusting machines and equipment in industrial settings 2. Participating in continuous process and safety improvements 3. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness * Operate machines according to work orders and supervisor instructions * Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products * Adjust and regulate low- to medium-complexity equipment * Execute manufacturing processes per technical specifications * Assist in continuous improvement of processes, safety, and productivity * Support low-complexity operational activities per shift * Contribute to machine and line conservation, visual inspection, and cleaning * Request and assist maintenance services when necessary * Record production information on forms and reports * Move materials and products between manufacturing stages * Ensure workplace and tool organization, cleanliness, and preservation * Comply with internal regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and PPE usage * Participate in quality and improvement programs * Perform other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor **Neighborhood:** Vila Itoupava \- Blumenau/SC **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2nd shift \- 2:18 PM to 11:18 PM.
