Operational work and cleaning routines for animal welfare. **Location:** Department of Animal Assistance and Welfare – DABA Navegantes **Address:** Rua Alice Hostim, 132, São Domingos, Navegantes – SC **Job Description:** Assist in cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing **kennels**, ensuring appropriate hygiene, safety, and welfare conditions for animals served by DABA. The professional will have direct contact with **dogs of all sizes**, including protective breeds, following handling and safety protocols established by the team. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * **Schedule:** 12x36 * **Hours:** from **6:30 AM to 6:30 PM** * **Break:** 1 hour, flexibly scheduled, preferably between **12:00 PM and 1:00 PM** * **Work on weekends and holidays**, as per schedule **Requirements:** * **Familiarity with animals**, especially dogs; * Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, including protective breeds; * Responsibility, attentiveness, and commitment; * Availability for operational tasks and cleaning routines. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 1.738,18 * **Hazard Pay (40%):** R$ 607,20 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 21.00 per working day * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 200.00 monthly (with no absences, tardiness, or medical certificates) Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1.738,18 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance
