Follow cleaning and sanitary inspection regulations Night Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM **General Description:** Responsible for maintaining restaurant hygiene and organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff, in compliance with cleaning and sanitary inspection regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and sanitize floors, walls, tables, chairs, and general surfaces * Clean and organize restrooms, replenishing hygiene supplies as needed * Collect and dispose of garbage appropriately * Sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas according to instructions * Maintain cleanliness of external areas (where applicable) * Assist in organizing cleaning supply inventories * Follow occupational safety and food hygiene regulations **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Salary: R$2.600,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
