Full management of civil engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams Our client, a civil construction company based in Itapema, SC, is seeking professionals passionate about engineering and committed to continuous professional development, working on prominent projects in the region. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects and works from inception to completion; Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and material resources; Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality requirements; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success; Conduct technical monitoring and issue periodic reports. **Required Competencies:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Proficiency in engineering, planning, and budgeting software; Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Effective communication and teamwork abilities; Continuous updating on industry standards, trends, and innovations in civil construction.
