Prior experience in engineering or architecture is a plus A civil construction company seeks a Civil Engineer in Itajaí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Plan and manage projects and construction works. Coordinate on-site construction execution. Manage and coordinate workforce. Prepare and control construction budgets. Manage supplies and resources required for execution. Prepare material quantity takeoffs for construction works. Analyze and adjust project costs. Perform critical analysis and integration of construction design documents. Monitor concrete pouring and analyze concrete strength test reports. Define and ensure necessary resources for site operations. Continuously verify service quality and team productivity. Implement and monitor application of labor legislation in civil construction. Implement and supervise compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations. Ensure understanding and application of the company's quality policy on-site. Train and provide technical guidance to site personnel. Previous roles as Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
