Develop new concrete mix designs and evaluate raw materials **Laboratory Supervisor** **Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified professional to supervise the activities of the concrete technological control laboratory, ensuring quality of processes, materials, and results. The supervisor will be responsible for leading the team, monitoring construction sites, performing technical analyses, and ensuring all quality standards are met. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and conduct laboratory tests, material testing, and verification tests; * Monitor construction sites and coordinate material sampling for analysis; * Prepare technical reports, control spreadsheets, and concrete performance analyses; * Perform concrete analyses, including development of new mix designs and evaluation of raw materials; * Participate in the development and qualification of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Monitor concrete placement at construction sites, ensuring quality of the applied product; * Conduct training for new drivers and periodic refresher training for operational staff; * Support the team in continuous improvement of laboratory and operational processes. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proven experience in concrete laboratories or concrete technology; * Technical knowledge of concrete materials and components; * Ability to prepare reports and analyze data; * Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills; * Driver's license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proactive and organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Transportation allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$5.000,00 \- R$8.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
