Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for a corporate restaurant, responsible for meal preparation, quality control, and kitchen organization. Key Highlights: 1. Organization, responsibility, and teamwork Position: Cook – Corporate Restaurant **Location:** BR-101 Highway Marginal – between **Navegantes and Itajaí (SC)** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – **06:00 to 15:48**, with a 1-hour break **Important:** The restaurant is located in an area with **limited public transportation access**. Preference will be given to candidates who: * Own a **personal vehicle**, or * Reside in **Itajaí**, specifically in the following neighborhoods: * Santa Regina * Espinheiros * Portal 1 * Portal 2 Candidates from **Navegantes** will be evaluated based on their residential location. **Responsibilities** * Review the daily menu and organize required ingredients * Prepare main dishes, sauces, side dishes, and salads * Perform food pre-preparation and organize production for the next day * Cook food according to technical specifications * Deliver prepared meals to the distribution counter * Monitor food quantity and quality during preparation * Portion meals * Supervise daily food sampling collection * Taste preparations for quality control * Assist in supervising and guiding the kitchen team * Maintain kitchen organization and hygiene, including equipment and utensils * Ensure proper functioning of equipment * Support customer service when necessary **Average Production:** Approximately 220 meals per day **Requirements** * Experience as a **cook** * Basic knowledge of **good food handling practices** * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork * Experience in **industrial kitchens or corporate restaurants is preferred** **Job Information** **Salary Range:** R$ 2.700,00 to R$ 3.200,00 Transportation allowance Meal allowance **R$ 265.00** Transportation assistance for those with a personal vehicle Payment: R$2.700,00 – R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
