**Job Description:**

\- Perform cleaning of company premises; \- Collect, sort, package, and dispose of waste; \- Monitor and request replenishment of cleaning products and other tools used; \- Wash and organize cleaning utensils; \- Operate material handling equipment in the Manufacturing area; \- Perform minor repairs/maintenance on company building installations (masonry, plumbing, carpentry, etc.); \- Identify and report the need for maintenance on company installations; \- Ensure custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, tools, and materials used; \- Supervise building maintenance/installation services provided by third parties.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed elementary education;
* Prior experience in cleaning, conservation, and basic building maintenance;
* Basic knowledge of maintenance services (masonry, simple plumbing, carpentry, and minor repairs);
* Ability to operate manual and electric operational tools and equipment;
* Organizational skills and attention to material, cleaning supply, and tool control.
