Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Construction Laborer to perform technical construction services, with a focus on structural repair and waterproofing. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive profile with interest in learning technical services Our client is a company specialized in technical construction services, focusing on structural repair and waterproofing, and is looking for a Construction Laborer with field experience, a responsible and proactive attitude, to support activities carried out on construction sites. **Responsibilities:** Assist in executing waterproofing services on construction sites; Support the application of resins and technical products used in civil construction; Assist in polyurethane injection processes for sealing and treating water infiltration; Support structural repair and reinforcement activities; Assist in structural reinforcement using carbon fiber and jacketing of beams and columns; Support infiltration treatment and basement watertightness services; Prepare surfaces for application of waterproofing products and systems; Follow technical instructions and work procedures; Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the construction site; Transport, prepare, and organize materials and tools required for service execution; Assist in storage, control, and verification of received materials and equipment; Assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding and temporary structures; Support construction site signage to ensure everyone’s safety; Assist in minor repairs, adjustments, and markings as directed by the supervisor; Participate in safety training and properly use PPE; Comply with all site safety regulations and internal procedures; Assist in measuring areas or marking execution points under supervision. **Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education; Experience as a construction laborer or construction assistant in civil construction; Experience in structural works, foundation, carpentry, or other operational construction activities; Desirable experience with waterproofing or application of technical products; Ability to receive and interpret work instructions and construction site procedures; Proactive profile with interest in learning technical services; Good physical fitness for construction site work. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Daily Lunch **After 3-Month Probation Period:** Attendance Bonus and Performance Bonus **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
