This position's mission is to contribute to the safety and organization of the construction site, ensuring a healthy and motivating work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform carpentry services: templates, boxes, trestles, identification signs; * Safety carpentry and various enclosures; * Construction of cabinets, stairs or walkways, etc.; * Assist in scheduling deliveries for repair and construction services in joinery/carpentry to better meet site requirements; * Assist in assessing the need for replacement and/or acquisition of materials and tools used in area activities, forwarding requests to the responsible person; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the work environment and equipment under one's responsibility; * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection; Support colleagues and supervisors in tasks related to this position within the area. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing high school education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12 certifications; * Experience in the civil construction field. **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit-sharing program; * Meal allowance of R$29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium deduction for the primary insured, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium deduction, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefit (with payroll deduction); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
