Here, we trade complexity for practicality. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and understand support requests received by the support team and transform them into clear, well-defined requirements; Refactor and organize tickets to facilitate handling by development teams; Gather requirements and detail needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders; Participate in meetings with customers and internal departments to clarify business rules; Support the technical team with clarifications during requirement implementation; Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of service workflows. **Mandatory Requirements:** Strong analytical and information organization skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Ability to learn quickly and comprehend complex business rules; Basic knowledge of technologies such as SQL or log reading. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** Experience with condominium management systems (e.g., financial modules, collections, cost allocation, assemblies, resident portals, etc.); Prior experience working with product or technical support teams; **Experience with demand management tools (e.g.:** Trello, Jira, GitHub Projects); Experience analyzing internal processes within SaaS companies. **Desired Profile:** Proactive mindset with strong ownership; Analytical, curious, and investigative thinking; Ability to translate technical problems into tangible business impacts.
