Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Itabaiana, Sergipe — **Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess workplace environmental conditions, coordinating activities of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), Fire Brigade, safety and occupational health procedures, as well as developing and delivering various trainings; * Issue PPE records for new employees, monitor expiration dates, ensure proper usage, and conduct safety onboarding; * Participate in safety meetings with clients and service providers, promoting information exchange, defining joint action strategies, presenting monthly safety performance, and proposing improvement measures based on results; * Inform supervisors about existing workplace hazards, conduct risk analyses of processes, and propose management actions to eliminate and/or reduce risks to acceptable levels; * Develop occupational safety and health procedures to standardize activities, operations, and communication, ensuring safe performance by all employees; * Assess workplace environmental conditions, identifying serious and imminent hazards, intervening with employees and managers, and ensuring immediate implementation of control measures; * Promote discussions, meetings, campaigns, and lectures aimed at disseminating and motivating employees to comply with occupational safety and health regulations; * Master and disseminate the “Golden Rules” of safety, as well as health and safety policies; * Drive company vehicles, when necessary, for external services, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations; * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), supporting the preparation of technical reports that underpin labor legal defense and updating internal procedures with supervisory support; * Deliver structured trainings of up to 4 hours, combining theory and practice, in compliance with current legislation; * Solid mastery of concepts related to managing high-risk operational activities; * Maintain a broader view of processes and act promptly to correct risks, providing technical arguments regarding field-identified issues and proposing improvements; * Monitor appropriate use of PPEs, seeking new equipment and initiatives to improve adherence to procedures, while participating in field evaluations with supervisory support; * Analyze and investigate causes of occupational accidents, jointly reviewing incidence rates with supervision, conducting effective critical analyses, and developing action plans for control and prevention; * Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek:** * Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in confined space work, working at heights, and excavation; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Desirable:** * Experience in large-scale sanitation or infrastructure companies; * Knowledge of SOC systems.
