




Job Summary: Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible for developing and improving processes, managing nonconformances, monitoring KPIs, and conducting training. Key Highlights: 1. Nonconformance Management and Continuous Improvement Quality Assurance Supervisor \#1357 Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve Quality Assurance processes in compliance with sanitary regulations and specific standards; Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for employees on quality processes; Draft, review, and maintain up-to-date SOPs, work instructions, and the Quality Manual; Manage the Nonconformance process, including identification, analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Monitor indicators (KPIs), present results, and propose improvements; Investigate market complaints and product/process deviations, proposing corrective actions; Prepare trend reports and periodic product reviews; Analyze and manage change controls, ensuring traceability; Prepare and review quality system-related documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations; Support internal and external inspections and audits based on technical and legal requirements; Participate in Risk Management reviews, flowchart development, and application of quality tools; Provide accurate technical guidance to the Distribution Center (DC) team; Perform product testing during sampling or in response to complaints to verify conformity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Nursing (with active registration at the respective professional council); Intermediate English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension); Advanced Excel (mandatory); Proven experience in the activities described above and in implementing a Quality Management System; Solid knowledge of: Quality Tools; Root Cause Analysis; PDCA Cycle; ANVISA RDC 665/2022; ISO 13485\. Desirable: Ongoing postgraduate studies or specialization in Quality Systems; Knowledge of statistical tools; Experience with ERPs Proteus and GestQual.
