Job Summary: Provide customer service at an authorized Samsung technical assistance center, including service order creation and support for product repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service 2. Technical support for in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs 3. Service order creation AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Front desk customer service, service order creation, providing repair timelines/estimates, and support for customers regarding warranty and non-warranty repairs. WORK HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM\. LOCATION: R. 7 de Setembro, 1213 \- Centro, Blumenau \- SC, 89010\-911 COMPENSATION: Base salary (R$2\.180,00\) \+ Meal allowance (R$150,00\) \+ Transportation allowance \+ Bonus.
