Description

Job Summary: Provide customer service at an authorized Samsung technical support center, including creating service orders and supporting repair processes. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service at the reception desk 2. Support for products under warranty and out of warranty 3. Creation of service orders AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service at the reception desk, creation of service orders, providing repair timeframes/estimates, and support for customers regarding warranty and out-of-warranty issues. WORK HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No work on Sundays). LOCATION: Neumarkt Shopping / SAMSUNG Store. BASE SALARY (R$2.180,00) + VA (R$150,00) + VT + BONUS.
