Job Summary: Responsible for invoice control, service request system, account management, and purchase orders, as well as supporting projects and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Key Highlights: 1. Handling invoice control, service requests, and account management 2. Assisting in project documentation and factory improvements 3. Environmental management including waste control and environmental manifests **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for controlling service, maintenance, and construction invoices; the maintenance service request system; and monthly unit accounts. Entering purchase orders according to internal procedures (RQ\-064\), scheduling corporate vehicle inspections, controlling industrial waste, and issuing environmental manifests to ensure proper disposal. Assisting in departmental project documentation and supporting factory improvements.
