




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the mechanical assembly of assemblies and equipment, performing adjustments, alignments, and quality checks in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. Quality verification and support for functional testing * Perform mechanical assembly of assemblies, subassemblies, and equipment according to technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. * Carry out mechanical adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and fastenings to ensure proper component functionality. * Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, tolerances, and assembly specifications. * Correctly use manual, pneumatic, and electric tools, as well as measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, tape measures, levels, squares, etc.). * Verify assembly quality, identifying and reporting non-conformities or opportunities for improvement. * Support basic functional testing of assembled equipment, where applicable. * Maintain an organized workplace, adhering to 5S practices, safety protocols, and internal standards. * Comply with safety procedures, correctly using PPE and ensuring one's own physical safety and that of colleagues. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments to contribute to process improvements. * Record activities per internal procedures (checklists, production orders, time logs).
