Accounts Receivable professional responsible for issuing invoices, managing receivables, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring the customer portfolio, and negotiating outstanding financial obligations.

**About the Position**
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM;
* Schedule: Monday to Friday;
* Location: Itajaí \- Santa Catarina;
* 100% on-site work.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school (currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is a plus);
* Prior experience in Accounts Receivable;
* Knowledge of issuing and managing bank slips (boletos), invoices, and receivables;
* Experience with bank reconciliation;
* Experience with payment clearance and delinquency control;
* Knowledge of customer collections and negotiation of outstanding financial obligations;
* Due date tracking and customer portfolio monitoring;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
**Responsibilities**
* Issue and manage bank slips (boletos), invoices, and other documents related to receivables;
* Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate verification and proper payment clearance;
* Monitor the customer portfolio, track due dates, and proactively prevent delinquency;
* Conduct collections and negotiate outstanding financial obligations, seeking solutions that preserve customer relationships;
* Manage receivables and maintain updated, organized financial records;
* Support preparation of reports and KPIs for the Accounts Receivable department;
* Collaborate with other company departments to ensure financial process efficiency and adherence to established deadlines.
