Implementation of actions for operational efficiency **MISSION** Ensure stability, standardization, and continuous improvement of production processes in the printing industry, guaranteeing compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations through data analysis, structured non-conformance handling, and implementation of actions that promote operational efficiency, waste reduction, and enhanced industrial performance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure organization, updating, and traceability of Quality Management System documentation (procedures, work instructions, records, and forms); Define and review technical criteria for approval of raw materials, products, and production processes; Conduct systematic compliance verifications and monitor corrective and preventive actions; Lead internal and external non-conformance handling, performing root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.); Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring their effectiveness; Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales departments in implementing improvements; Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement; Propose improvements aimed at reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and enhancing quality; Update technical standards and operational workflows based on field data and analyses; Ensure dissemination of best practices across industrial processes; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company; **REQUIREMENTS** Completed or final-stage undergraduate degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in areas related to quality control, production, or industrial processes. (Preferred)
