Analytical and proactive profile **JOB \| FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ANALYST** We are seeking a Maintenance Analyst to join our team, responsible for controlling, monitoring, and supporting maintenance routines, with an emphasis on organizing information, reports, metrics, and supporting decision-making, ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and company guidelines. **Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Civil Engineering; \- Proven experience using software, especially: * Excel * PowerPoint * Word \- Strong organizational skills, data analysis capability, and information control proficiency. **Desired Knowledge:** \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; \- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar software for reading and interpreting drawings and layouts; \- Basic knowledge of administrative controls, reports, and metrics; \- Experience organizing technical documentation and supporting maintenance routines. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Support planning and control of maintenance activities (preventive and corrective); \- Develop, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and departmental metrics; \- Monitor service requests, work orders, and execution deadlines; \- Organize and maintain up-to-date maintenance histories and technical documentation; \- Support administrative management of contracts and suppliers; \- Prepare managerial presentations for performance tracking; \- Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and support departments; \- Support continuous improvement of maintenance administrative processes. **Desired Competencies:** \- Organization, focus, and attention to detail; \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Analytical and proactive profile; \- Willingness to learn, adapt to dynamic routines, and handle diverse tasks with team support. **Additional Information:** · Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) · Work Model: On-site · Location: Itajaí – SC Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
