Job Summary: A professional to advise on developing the cooperative members' portfolio, supporting target achievement, prospecting, relationship maintenance, and indicator monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Advisory support in developing and prospecting the cooperative members' portfolio. 2. Technical support and monitoring of performance indicators to achieve targets. 3. Completed undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, and CPA 10 certification. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Advise on portfolio development (individuals, legal entities, or agribusiness, depending on assigned responsibilities), contributing to increased volume of products and services used, aligned with the cooperative member's profile; * Support the achievement of goals and objectives established in the cooperative’s strategic plan; * Conduct prospecting and relationship-maintenance visits to better understand and strengthen relationships with cooperative members; * Provide technical support to commercial analysts and assistants to ensure service quality and responsiveness, target attainment, and adherence to visit schedules; * Rotate the portfolio within timelines planned by the commercial strategy department, conducting visits whenever required, making phone calls, etc.; * Monitor portfolio indicators and results via the management dashboard and implement commercial strategies and action plans based on the cooperative’s strategic plan; * Support credit recovery for cooperative members within the assigned portfolio by collecting from delinquent members in accordance with the cooperative’s current guidelines and regulations; * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree and postgraduate degree in Business Management or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in sales techniques; * In-depth knowledge of financial products and services; * Familiarity with the financial market, credit cooperative legislation, regulations, credit policies, etc.; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * CPA 10 certification\. **Benefits:** Seniority Bonus, Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Education Allowance, Birthday Gift Card, Christmas Gift Card, School Supply Kit for Dependents, Maternity/Paternity Kit, National Health Insurance Plan | Unimed, National Dental Insurance Plan | Uniodonto, Private Pension Plan, Profit-Sharing Program, Life Insurance, Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher
