Immediately identify and report any non-conformities, damages, or technical specification discrepancies to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action with suppliers. Systematically organize inventory using technical classification criteria such as product family, inventory turnover, weight, and dimensions. Ensure all materials are properly identified and labeled, maintaining correct placement at physical warehouse locations to optimize search and picking time. Pick materials according to requests from maintenance and operations departments. Perform systemic recording of outgoing items in the ERP system and prepare necessary documentation for shipping parts to external sites or customers, ensuring accurate recording of outgoing flows. Actively participate in cycle and periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor minimum safety stock levels and alert the procurement department when replenishment is required. Support management in ABC curve analysis to prioritize control of items critical to port operations. Enter all incoming, outgoing, and inter-unit transfer movements into the ERP system. Maintain updated records to ensure full traceability (batch, supplier, entry date), assisting in generating inventory management reports whenever requested. Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, strictly adhering to safety regulations for storing heavy materials and chemicals. Observe expiration dates, stacking conditions, and chemical incompatibilities to prevent accidents and material losses. Inventory Accuracy: Ensure physical stock balance matches system stock balance through rigorous process control. Operational Availability: Ensure maintenance teams have required parts available at the right time, avoiding machine downtime. Traceability: Maintain complete history for each item, facilitating warranty processes and quality control. Cost Efficiency: Directly contribute to reducing losses, misplacements, and material obsolescence. Previous experience as a Stock Clerk, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operator, or Stock Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
