RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Update the system after shipment confirmation; \* Enter and verify the Mercante Customs Entry (CE); Request CE Mercante adjustments from the shipping line; \* Confirm in the system receipt of the original MBL and/or physical pickup when issued at destination; \* After entering the CE, send it to the client for verification; \* Send cost estimates prior to cargo arrival; \* Confirm vessel arrival/berthing at destination; \* Send release procedures; \* Release the BL to the client and the shipping line; \* Confirm Siscarga unlocking; \* Sort documents for audit/archiving; \* Close the process in Skyline system. \* Initiate road transport processes once confirmed by Sales; \* Update the client and the system; \* Confirm pickup and delivery to the client; \* Verify amounts and request payment from Finance; REQUIREMENTS: \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; \- Experience in document analysis, registration, data entry, and process verification; \- Experience in process follow-up, client interaction, and supplier coordination; \- Intermediate English (reading and email comprehension).
