It connects professionals and companies within this segment, facilitating talent acquisition in the field. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a furniture industry distributor performing the following functions: Serve customers in-store, via digital channels, and by phone, presenting the product portfolio. Identify customers' technical and commercial needs, offering suitable and customized solutions. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales terms, adhering to internal policies. Relationship Management and After-Sales. Monitor order progress, delivery deadlines, and potential issues. Maintain active relationships with the customer portfolio, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases. Ensure customer satisfaction during after-sales, acting preventively or remedially as required. Portfolio and Process Management. Manage and keep customer portfolio records updated. Use systems and tools (CRM and ERP) for activity, order, and commercial information tracking. Comply with the company's commercial, ethical, and legal standards and policies. Commercial Intelligence and Development. Stay updated on products, new releases, furniture industry trends, and competitor activities. Participate in training sessions, commercial meetings, and internal development initiatives. Provide updates to management, marketing, and product development teams to support continuous improvement. Occasional Job Activities: Support store and product promotion initiatives (campaigns, trade fairs, events, or promotions). Cover for or assist colleagues during periods of high demand.
