We focus on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Accounting closure and reconciliations: Participate in the monthly and annual accounting closure process. Perform accounting reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Execute and classify accounting entries. Identify discrepancies and implement necessary accounting adjustments. Analysis of accounting and financial entries: Analyze and validate accounting and financial entries in accordance with current accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). Ensure correct accounting classification of revenues, costs, expenses, and assets. Review consistency among accounting, financial, and operational information. Accounting provisions: Calculate, analyze, and record accounting provisions. Monitor reversals and adjustments according to the evolution of accounting events. Prepare calculation memoranda and supporting documentation. Inventory and cost accounting: Analyze inventory movements and valuation. Validate average cost and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations. Analyze significant variances and their impact on results. Imports: Record import-related transactions, including taxes, logistics expenses, and foreign exchange variations. Validate the composition of costs for imported goods. Intercompany operations and consolidation: Analyze and record intercompany transactions among group companies. Ensure proper accounting classification of intercompany transactions. Perform intercompany balance reconciliations among related entities. Support intercompany elimination entries during the consolidation process, avoiding duplication of revenues, costs, and balances across group companies. Fixed asset control: Manage the company’s fixed assets. Calculate depreciation, amortization, and asset disposals. Support physical inventories and fixed asset reconciliations. System integrations: Validate accounting integrations between operational systems and ERP. Identify inconsistencies and support accounting configuration of systems. Financial analysis: Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and management reports. Analyze significant variances in accounting accounts. Internal controls and process improvement: Propose improvements to accounting and financial controls. Contribute to standardization and enhancement of departmental processes. Accounting policies: Support maintenance and updating of the company’s accounting policies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate guidelines. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Financial Planning Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
