Job Summary:
A Speech-Language Pathologist conducts speech-language pathology treatment, assessment, and diagnosis; guides patients; and works in health prevention and promotion programs.

They perform speech-language pathology treatment for prevention, habilitation, and rehabilitation of patients and clients, applying specific speech-language pathology protocols and procedures. They assess patients and clients; conduct speech-language pathology diagnosis; guide patients, clients, families, caregivers, and responsible parties; work in health prevention, promotion, and quality-of-life programs; and carry out technical-scientific activities through research, specialized projects, and organization and participation in scientific events.
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
Minimum of 3 months of experience in the role is desirable; registration with CREFONO1 – Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology, 1st Region is required.
