We are seeking a Civil Engineering Analyst responsible for planning, technical monitoring, and quality control of earthwork construction projects, ensuring compliance with design documents, technical standards, schedules, and budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze earthwork projects (excavations, embankments, drainage, retaining structures) and issue technical opinions.
* Prepare and review quantity take-offs, schedules, and cost estimates for earthwork services.
* Monitor field execution: verify levels, profiles, soil volumes, compaction, and installation of drainage devices.
* Coordinate and guide field teams and subcontractors regarding construction methods and quality control.
* Implement and monitor quality control plans (compaction tests, particle size analysis, etc.) and record non-conformities.
* Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations during activities.
* Provide periodic technical reports to project management (physical progress, deviations, corrective actions).
* Support preparation of technical documentation for inspection and stage approvals.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and inspectors.
