Job Summary: Civil Engineering Analyst responsible for planning, technical monitoring, and quality control of earthwork construction projects, ensuring compliance and adherence to schedules. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations We are seeking a Civil Engineering Analyst responsible for planning, technical monitoring, and quality control of earthwork construction projects, ensuring compliance with design documents, technical standards, schedules, and budget. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze earthwork projects (excavations, embankments, drainage, retaining structures) and issue technical opinions. * Prepare and review quantity take-offs, schedules, and cost estimates for earthwork services. * Monitor field execution: verify levels, profiles, soil volumes, compaction, and installation of drainage devices. * Coordinate and guide field teams and subcontractors regarding construction methods and quality control. * Implement and monitor quality control plans (compaction tests, particle size analysis, etc.) and record non-conformities. * Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations during activities. * Provide periodic technical reports to project management (physical progress, deviations, corrective actions). * Support preparation of technical documentation for inspection and stage approvals. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and inspectors.
