




Job Summary: The Receptionist receives and directs patients, answers phone calls, manages the flow of people, and provides information, requiring strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and serve inpatient and outpatient patients 2. Provide telephone support and register examinations 3. Resolve health insurance issues and deliver test reports The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing patients, answering telephone calls, managing entry and exit of people, as well as providing information and assistance to clients/patients. The professional must possess communication, organizational, and proactive skills to perform duties efficiently. * Receive and serve inpatient and outpatient patients; * Complete health insurance forms; * Provide telephone support; * Register examinations in the CIAP Laboratory's computer system; * Resolve health insurance requirements, including examination authorizations when necessary; * Forward receipts, invoices for private examinations, and daily cash closing to the Finance Department at the end of the shift; * Receive and verify medical requisition materials and data daily for all cytological, histopathological, immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, and HPV genotyping PCR examinations; * Verify received forms and materials before forwarding them to the Triage I Department; * Deliver test reports to patients or their representatives; * Assist physicians in person or by phone regarding their patients' examinations or other matters; * Dispose of protocols (shredding) into recyclable waste; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the Supervisor.
