Initially hired as a Temporary CLT Separator through Enfok, with potential subsequent transition to a permanent Wurth employee. Initial Terms via Enfok: Starting Salary: R$1,850.00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance of R$36.00 per working day (paid in cash via PIX), Basic Food Basket awarded for attendance (if no absences occur), paid in cash via PIX. Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus two alternate Saturdays \- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
