The professional will work on strategic projects, contributing from conception through to maintenance of robust solutions with high business impact. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Gather and understand business requirements, proposing efficient technical solutions Develop and maintain applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality Create and execute tests to validate developed functionalities Focus on continuous improvement of processes and solutions Share knowledge with the team and support collective technical growth Report activity progress according to IT governance Demonstrate ownership mindset, ensuring delivery quality Provide Level 3 technical support **Technical Requirements** Solid experience with Java 8\+ REST API development (advanced) Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, SNS, SQS) Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Batch Experience with Quarkus Frontend knowledge (ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) Database experience: Relational (SQL Server, Oracle) Non-relational (MongoDB) Experience with OpenShift Experience with DevOpsSec practices (CI/CD, Sonar, Snyk) Version control with Git Understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Focus on code quality and best practices **Behavioral Requirements** Strong communication skills Ownership mindset Commitment to deadlines and deliverables Team collaboration Proactivity and solution orientation Resilience and organization **Nice-to-Have** Experience with .NET Experience in the retail sector Cloud architecture experience Monitoring knowledge (Dynatrace, Kibana)
