We are seeking a professional with strong technical expertise in security environments focused on SSE (Security Service Edge), application protection, and Zero Trust, capable of delivering advanced support (N3), maintaining critical environments, and actively participating in architectural evolution projects. This professional will serve as the technical reference for application security and access control, ensuring stability, performance, and risk mitigation in enterprise environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing Level 3 (N3) support; * Participating in security projects; * Advanced administration and high-complexity troubleshooting for: Akamai Technologies (WAF, CDN, application protection), Netskope (SSE / ZTNA / CASB); * Implementation and management of: WAF (Web Application Firewall); * Application and API protection using ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), CASB / SSE (Security Service Edge); * Diagnosis and resolution of critical incidents (Layers L3 to L7); * Security event analysis and threat mitigation; * Creation and tuning of security policies (WAF, DLP, application and access control); * Performance analysis and optimization of application delivery; * Interaction with vendors for advanced troubleshooting and critical escalations; * Participation in deployments, migrations, and security architecture evolution; * Technical support and mentoring for N1 and N2 teams; * Technical documentation and definition of best practices; * Continuous proposal of improvements in security, visibility, and access control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid experience with: Akamai Technologies, Netskope; * Advanced knowledge of: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and application security; * Zero Trust and SSE architectures; * WAF and web attack mitigation (OWASP Top 10); * ZTNA, CASB, and identity-based access control; * Advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, traffic analysis, application debugging); * Practical experience with: mission-critical and high-availability environments; * Incident management, war rooms, and technical escalations with vendors. **It would be great if you also have:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: FortiGate, Citrix NetScaler ADC; * Certifications: Akamai Certified Security Professional, Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect, Fortinet NSE 4; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience with DLP and data protection; * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Culture within an innovative segment and continuous learning; * Omint Dental Plan; * Omint Health Plan; * Omint Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance R$42.00/day; * Transportation Benefit (if needed) or Fuel Assistance; * Language Learning Subsidy; * TotalPass; * Gift Card (Birthday); * Breakfast and afternoon coffee at POPULOS; * Certification and training program; * Performance Incentive Program (performance evaluation, career planning, feedback); * Partnerships with educational institutions (FIA, FIAP, FGV, etc.); * Partnership with Sesc.
