To transform healthcare, the following is required: Mandatory Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing, Quality Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA). * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capability. Desirable Requirements * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management, Auditing, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. * Experience delivering training sessions and workshops. * Experience conducting internal audits and managing nonconformities. About the Position: * Develop, review, update, and control Quality Management System documents. * Plan and conduct internal audits, and support external audits by clients and certification bodies. * Record and analyze nonconformities; implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. * Monitor quality indicators and prepare performance reports. * Deliver training and awareness campaigns on quality and best practices. * Apply analytical and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.). * Support risk management and implementation of applicable standards (per Qmentum manual requirements). 2512210202551931334
