Description
Technical responsible for operational processes in preventive and corrective electro-electronic maintenance of all equipment, as well as software modifications and programming for automation, while promoting team development.
**Responsibilities and Assignments**
Execute and validate corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on all factory equipment.
Execute and approve modifications and programming of PLCs, HMI, servo motors, frequency inverters, soft starters, temperature controllers, laser modules, robotics, vision systems, and electronic equipment in general.
Ensure execution of all scheduled maintenance at power plants and electrical switchgear rooms, aiming to detect and correct faults and anomalies in electrical systems.
Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, technical manuals, and perform installation of electrical infrastructure for all machines and equipment according to engineering project specifications or equipment manufacturer guidelines.
Prepare tenders, procedures, and technical reports.
Research and apply new technologies to obsolete parts and equipment.
Ensure equipment assemblies performed by manufacturers, suggesting tests and trials while observing operating conditions per manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing optimal functionality.
Guarantee safety during execution of all activities.
Follow equipment manufacturer's technical maintenance instructions.
Ensure 5S compliance within the work cell.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Minimum education level: Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Desired education level: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Technical competencies: PLC and automation equipment programming; Intermediate Microsoft Office; Basic English; knowledge of robot programming, electrical control systems, medium-voltage substations, NR10 and SEP regulations;
Reside near the ABCDMR region.
