**About the position** Motoman Robótica is seeking a **Mechanical Engineering Assistant** to join its project team. We are looking for a generalist professional who is proactive and highly interested in learning and working across various aspects of engineering applied to industrial robotics, with a focus on devices/positioners. This position is ideal for candidates with energy, curiosity, and a willingness to develop technical and practical skills within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. **Responsibilities** * Support the development of mechanical projects focused on **devices, positioners, and industrial equipment**; * Create, review, and update **technical drawings and 3D models**, ensuring compliance with technical standards (ABNT) and internal standards; * Assist in creating and organizing **technical documentation**, including bills of materials (BOM) and project reports; * Support the **selection of components and materials**, considering technical feasibility, cost, and application; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical engineering, automation, and manufacturing) to ensure project integration; * Monitor **equipment assembly, testing, and validation** stages in factory, laboratory, or field environments; * Assist in identifying and implementing **continuous improvements** in projects and processes; * Support **reverse engineering activities, adjustments, and as-built drawing updates**, when required. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields**; * Proficiency in **CATIA V5 (mandatory)**; * Knowledge of **3D modeling and technical drawing interpretation**; * Familiarity with **manufacturing processes** (machining, welding, assembly); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (with emphasis on **Excel**). **Desired Profile** * **Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented**; * Interest in continuous learning and professional development in engineering; * Ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments; * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility; * Interest in **technology, automation, and industrial solutions**. **Advantages** * Knowledge of **Siemens NX** or other CAD software; * Basic understanding of **GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)**; * Prior experience (internship or academic projects) in **mechanical design projects**; * Experience in industrial environments or device-related projects Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * English in company * Parking * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan
