Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing operational support in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring cargo integrity, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support in loading and unloading of goods 2. Handling and organization of goods 3. Use of manual equipment and PPE Ensure operational support during the loading and unloading of goods, safeguarding cargo integrity, meeting scheduled deadlines, and complying with safety regulations and internal company procedures. KEY ACTIVITIES * Perform loading and unloading of goods; * Sort, organize, and move goods; * Operate manual loading equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders; * Adhere to defined working hours and deadlines; * Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE (steel-toed boots, cervical support belt, gloves, hearing protectors, helmet, when required). KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS * Damage Rate (during handling); * Punctuality and Attendance; * Compliance with Operational Procedures; * Average Loading and Unloading Time. * **REQUIREMENTS** NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS * Elementary education. **Preferred Qualification** * Experience in loading/unloading, goods handling, or operational activities.
