Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Mandatory. Familiarity with computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network device configuration. Respond to and resolve end-user technical support requests related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software application issues. Install, configure, and update computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. Document all support activities and applied solutions in ticket management systems. Strong communication skills to guide and train users on proper use of systems, applications, and IT devices. Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure service continuity and efficiency. Participate in IT infrastructure implementation and upgrade projects. Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventory, ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
