Supporting day-to-day technical decisions **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in Java and Angular to lead the technical coordination of full\-stack squads, ensuring architectural consistency between backend and frontend, and supporting the team in daily technical decisions. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 4\+ years of development experience, with hands-on work in Java and Angular * Prior experience as a technical reference or squad leader * Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and Angular * Good understanding of full\-stack architecture and layer integration * Experience with code reviews and defining development standards * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams **Desirable** * Experience with microservices and microfrontends architecture * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Experience with application observability and monitoring * Experience in mentoring and developing other professionals * Knowledge of advanced agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Do you identify with this opportunity?
