Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administration and maintenance of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) * Creation and management of packages, updates, and system images * Proficiency in Office 365 (Microsoft 365\): * User and license management via Microsoft 365 Admin Center * Support for Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint * Diagnosis and resolution of synchronization and authentication issues * Experience with Microsoft Azure: * Resource management in the Azure Portal * Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) * Monitoring and support for virtual machines, networks, and security policies * Windows Server administration: * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019 or later) * Management of services such as DNS, DHCP, AD DS, and GPOs * Troubleshooting of services and performance issues * Knowledge of WSUS (Windows Server Update Services): * Configuration and management of updates * Patch approval, scheduling, and monitoring * Integration with SCCM (desirable) * Problem Analysis and Resolution (Troubleshooting): * Ability to proactively diagnose and resolve technical issues * Use of log, event, and monitoring tools * Documentation of incidents and solutions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS\-900, AZ\-104, MD\-102\) * PowerShell knowledge for task automation * Experience with ITIL or incident/change management processes * Technical English for reading documentation * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset * Organization and attention to detail **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, formed by the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact technology companies delivering innovative solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
