Requirements: **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the design, evolution, and standardization of the data architecture (Lakehouse) in a mission-critical corporate environment, including expansion to hybrid/multi\-cloud architecture (Azure \+ GCP), ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability. * Ensure compliance with data standards (STG/RAW/TRUSTED/REFINED layers, Delta Lake, business rules), governance (catalog/lineage, quality), and security (identities, access, data segregation and protection). * Serve as the technical reference for sustaining the data ecosystem (Databricks, LakeFlow Pipelines/Connect, Jobs/Orchestration, batch/streaming integrations, CDC/replication), supporting end-to-end troubleshooting, performance, cost optimization, and stability. * Support squads and business areas in defining requirements, modeling (conceptual/logical/physical), designing data products, and adopting best practices for consumption (BI, endpoints/APIs, enterprise integrations, Model Serving/Vector Search where applicable). * * Take ownership of architectural decisions (ADRs), documentation, technical governance, CI/CD practices (Git), observability/monitoring, and continuous alignment with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Cloud teams. **What We Expect From You:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Data Architect / Data Solutions Architect supporting production corporate environments and integrations with multiple data sources; * Proficiency in Databricks/Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, and Python, with hands-on experience designing pipelines (batch/streaming), optimizing performance, partitioning, governance, and reliability. * * Experience in cloud-based data architecture, with focus on Azure (e.g., ADLS, networking/Private Link, IAM/Entra ID, Secrets/Key Vault, monitoring) and integration with GCP (e.g., BigQuery/GCS and cross-cloud connectivity/security); Strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; Hands\-on, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile; **✨ Nice-to-Haves:** Familiarity with Informatica, MuleSoft/APIs, ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira), Unity Catalog, MLflow, data observability, and Data Quality/DataOps practices; * Certifications: Databricks (Data Engineer/Architect), Microsoft Azure (Solutions Architect), Google Cloud (Professional Data Engineer/Cloud Architect); * * Experience working in growth-stage companies, agile environments, or lean teams.
