If you thrive on challenges, adapt well to change, and wish to be part of a project that positively impacts the world, join the **\#TimeDoFuturo!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical visits to architecture, engineering, and design offices to present and ensure specification of our products in new projects. * Stay updated on new construction projects and market opportunities, building strategic relationships with professionals in the sector. * Deliver presentations at workshops and industry events, representing the brand with authority and technical expertise. * Conduct technical training sessions for distributors, engineers, and other sector professionals to ensure correct product usage and application. * Visit construction sites and projects to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and project integrity. * Actively participate in industry trade fairs and events, strengthening the company’s presence and image, among other activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. * Driver’s license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel. * Experience in relationship management and communication with architecture and engineering professionals. * **Reside in São Paulo \- SP or Rio de Janeiro \- RJ, with operational coverage across the Southeast Region.** **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels. **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Meal allowance; * Discount on our products; * Health insurance plan: 50% covered by the company and 50% covered by the employee (optional); * Continuous development through internal and external training programs; * Standard business hours from Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). **Be part of something extraordinary!** Are you driven by innovation and big challenges?
