Conduct technical audits and project reviews Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience in structural projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level). * Familiarity with Civil 3D and modeling/simulation software is preferred. * Advanced Excel; intermediate PowerPoint. * Intermediate English. * Technical knowledge of structural analysis of concrete and steel structures. * Practical experience in construction sites and project supervision is preferred. * Perform structural analysis of reinforced concrete and steel structures. * Conduct technical meetings with designers, suppliers, and clients. * Manage projects, ensuring coordination with other disciplines. * Translate technical results into reports and strategic insights. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations. * Provide technical support to construction sites when required. * Interface with value engineering and execution engineering teams. * Provide technical leadership in structural project development, mentoring junior engineers and interns. * Technically validate projects received from third parties. * Prepare technical opinions and calculation memoranda. * Participate in defining structural solutions for technical and commercial proposals. * Monitor and review BIM models, ensuring cross-disciplinary compatibility. * Provide technical support during construction execution, proposing adjustments and improvements. * Conduct technical audits and project reviews. * Support the development of schedules and planning of technical deliverables. * Represent the company in technical meetings with clients and regulatory agencies. * Propose innovations and improvements to project processes. 2512110202491913041
