You will join a rapidly growing Data function, strongly supported by leadership for experimentation, A/B testing, and large-scale deployment of predictive models. * Develop end-to-end machine learning models (from ideation to production). * Explore data, formulate hypotheses, and generate actionable business insights. * Build and validate features, metrics, and performance indicators. * Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and business teams. * Document analyses, models, and decisions clearly and objectively. * Support the design of experiments, A/B tests, and causal analyses. * Contribute to best practices in coding, version control, and data quality. ### **Requirements:** ✔ Prior experience as a Data Scientist at mid-level. ✔ Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and experimentation. ✔ Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit\-learn or similar) and SQL for data analysis. ✔ Experience in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation. ✔ Experience with code versioning (Git) and software development best practices. ✔ Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** – Experience deploying models into production (APIs, MLOps, pipelines). – Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and orchestration tools. – Previous experience in digital products, fintechs, retail, or data\-driven companies. – Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). #### **Language: English is a plus** ### **Hybrid Work Model: São Paulo, SP.** **APPLY NOW** -----------------------
