An Information Technology consulting firm seeks a Systems Supervisor in São Paulo (Itapevi). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the technical team responsible for integrations and system support. Monitor and ensure proper operation of EDI integrations among partners, carriers, and internal systems. Manage and improve processes related to the Transportation Management System (TMS). Perform analyses, queries, and optimizations on SQL databases to support operations and decision-making. Manage and monitor processes and transactions within the Oracle EBS (E\-Business Suite) environment. Ensure integrity and consistency of data exchanged among corporate systems. Support business areas in analyzing and improving systemic processes. Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and issues related to integrations and systems. Prepare technical and functional documentation for processes and integrations. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure integration efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and technological advancement projects. Tasks pertinent to standard Systems Supervisor duties. Previous experience as an IT Coordinator, Systems Manager, Software Development Lead, or IT Infrastructure Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
