Implementation of improvements impacting customers **About the Role** As a Developer at Size, you will be the guardian of our platform’s stability. Your mission is to ensure our production systems operate with maximum efficiency, performing in-depth technical analysis, correcting critical bugs, and implementing improvements that directly impact our customers’ experience. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Advanced Troubleshooting:** Investigate production incidents using logs, code analysis, and database queries. * **Problem Resolution:** Actively manage the ticket board, prioritizing and resolving bugs promptly. * **System Evolution:** Implement improvements and small new features in both legacy and modern systems. * **Technical Collaboration:** Support the Support and Product teams in triaging complex cases. * **Quality and Deployment:** Test and deploy fixes following CI/CD best practices. **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience with **.NET Core / C\#**. * Proficiency in **SQL Server** (queries, performance tuning, and data manipulation). * Experience with **Entity Framework**. * Knowledge of **JavaScript**. * Version control with **Git**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **React** or **React Native**. * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ElasticStack, Datadog, New Relic). * Prior experience in **Fintechs** or payment systems. **Expected Profile:** * **Investigative Mindset:** You enjoy understanding the \\"why\\" behind things. * **Resilience:** Ability to handle critical systems and time pressure during incidents. * **Organization:** Skilled at managing multiple tasks and keeping ticket statuses up to date.
