




Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Department Assistant to handle labor-related routines and administrative support, requiring agility and organization to ensure legal compliance. Support for e-Social and updates on labor legislation We are looking for a Labor Assistant to work in the Human Resources Department, focusing on labor-related routines and supporting the department’s administrative activities. We seek a proactive, agile, organized individual capable of working under tight deadlines. The role involves performing essential tasks to ensure legal compliance and smooth operation of internal processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with onboarding, termination, vacation, and payroll closing routines; * Support submission of labor-related information to e\-Social; * Organize tasks according to established deadlines and priorities; * Perform entries and verification of social charges: FGTS, INSS, IRRF; * Assist with labor calculations: vacations, terminations, overtime, statutory allowances, among others; * Practical knowledge of FGTS, DCTFWeb, DARF, and data submission to e\-Social; * Maintain updated labor registrations and records (onboarding, contracts, amendments, etc.); * Monitor and keep the company informed of changes in labor legislation; REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the Labor Department or Human Resources; * Practical knowledge of FGTS, DCTFWeb, DARF, and data submission to e\-Social; * Organizational skills to manage high-volume workloads; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with payroll processing; * Experience in accounting firms; * Intermediate English proficiency HOW WE SUPPORT YOU ON THIS JOURNEY: * Meal/food allowance via Flash Card: R$ 40.00; * Remote work allowance via Flash Card: R$ 100.00; * Educational reimbursement up to R$ 600.00; * Corporate University – offering diverse courses and certifications; * Health and dental insurance – nationwide coverage; * POP (Professional Orientation Program); * Total Pass; * English learning incentive; * Transportation reimbursement – for in-office workdays; * Daycare assistance for mothers; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Hybrid work model.
