Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor to plan, develop, and deliver technical and behavioral training, with a focus on continuous people development and team enhancement. Identifying needs and proposing development solutions We are looking for a Training Instructor to focus on employee development and team enhancement within the company. The professional will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training across various departments, ensuring process standardization and continuous improvement of deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and deliver technical and behavioral training to diverse internal audiences; * Develop instructional materials, presentations, and learning assessments; * Facilitate capacity-building activities and exercises focused on professional development; * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and propose development solutions; * Monitor the performance of trained employees and suggest improvement actions; * Update and revise content in accordance with changes in internal procedures and policies; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus); * Prior experience as a trainer, multiplier, or facilitator of training programs; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to lead groups and adapt language to the target audience; * Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in teams; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **✨ Advantages:** * Experience delivering training in customer service or operational areas; * Experience developing manuals and instructional materials; * Familiarity with learning methodologies.
