Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Controller to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction at the workshop through testing and validation. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Quality Controller to ensure technical excellence and full customer satisfaction by verifying the quality of services performed at the workshop, conducting tests and validations that guarantee vehicle delivery meeting both manufacturer and company standards. If you are agile, customer-oriented, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily evaluation of completed or near-completion vehicles, reviewing the Service Order (SO), checking reported symptoms, performed services, and possible pending items, ensuring technical compliance of the work. * Courteously attend after-sales customers, listening to reports about vehicle issues, performing tests to identify failures, and guiding next steps. * Conduct quality tests on vehicles with or without customer accompaniment, ensuring correct repair execution and efficiency of the outcome. * Perform road or functional tests jointly with mechanics when necessary, confirming correct service completion prior to vehicle release. * Monitor the workshop’s daily schedule, analyzing the appointment board to plan and adjust time required for evaluations, contributing to on-time delivery. * Inform the Technical Consultant and Workshop Controller of rework needs and extended service time requirements, preventing customer dissatisfaction and ensuring team alignment. * Support Technical Consultants and Supervision by clarifying doubts and sharing diagnostics to better direct customer service. * Attend manufacturer training courses (in-person and web-based), fulfilling the mandatory calendar to maintain the required technical certification index. **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you:** * Have completed high school; * Hold a Category B driver's license; *The \#GrupoNewChase is your place!* **Additional qualifications considered advantageous:** * Technical education in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields is desirable. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub (formerly Gympass) \- extended to up to 3 dependents; * Free telemedicine \- extended to spouse, children; * Free psychological counseling \- extended to spouse, children; * Discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and fully online English courses; * Corporate University; * Employee recognition program based on tenure; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE GRUPO NEWCHASE AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group excelling in the automotive market, with over 30 years of service excellence and continuous growth.
