With an encouraging and protective work environment, R2T strives to ensure that its employees learn to work as one family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and recognition for the company. **Responsibilities:** Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic networks, including cable routing, splicing, fusion, router configuration, and signal testing. **Requirements:** Must have personal vehicle (or third-party vehicle) for work; High school diploma; Fiber optic experience; Valid driver’s license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle documentation. **Salary** \+ 30% hazard pay Variable compensation, averaging R$ 1\.000,00 **Benefits:** Medical and dental assistance; Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 (per day); Vehicle rental; Fuel card; TotalPAss.
