Then this is your chance!** **Join our team and become a Med Member.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Serve as the primary point of contact for Petrobras and the contract team; Manage the contract: headcount control, ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), SMS programs and actions, training, activity reports, incident records, etc.; Monitor the contract team’s electronic timekeeping system; Perform contract measurement; Track contract balance; Administratively organize demands from Petrobras; Ensure staff availability; Manage accounts payable related to the contract; Operate internal MED+ management workflows and tools (Fluig, GUPY, etc.) for job openings, certificate submissions, reimbursements, procurement, etc.; Other duties related to contract and team management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration; alternatively in Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Dentistry, or Nutrition, with a duly registered diploma (or certificate) issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Specialization or MBA in health management, hospital management, business management, or equivalent, recognized by the MEC. * Minimum 3 (three) years of proven experience in leadership or people management roles, evidenced by employment record in work card or employer’s declaration. **Additional Information** * Location: PITUBA/SALVADOR/BA * Remuneration: R$3000.00 + VA R$20.00 + HEALTH PLAN + R$1,000.00 COST-OF-LIVING ALLOWANCE * Working hours: 44H/WEEK, MON–FRI **Join Grupo Med+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med+, the largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure in Brazil.
